Job Description
Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Transaction Director to lead and manage a team of Transaction Managers in APAC, overseeing site selection and acquisitions for data center development.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in commercial real estate, surveying or Business Management Degree
- More than 15 years' experience in commercial real estate/ property transaction in numerous markets across APAC region
- Land and building acquisition experience is essential
- Data Center or technical facility experience is preferred, but not required
