Customer Excellence Representative at Vantage MedTech. Full-time role in Olathe, KS. Responsible for ensuring every customer interface is optimized for quality and reliability to build long-term relationships and customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or customer-facing support roles
• Must be local to Olathe, KS and able to work in Vantage’s Olathe office full time
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities with accuracy
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
