Lead a team of engineers to build, scale, and operate high-quality software systems that deliver meaningful value to customers and the business.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing software engineering teams
- Proven ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders
- Track record of hiring, mentoring, and performance-managing engineers
- Experience with Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis, MySQL, Postgres, and Django
- Ad platform API expertise
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps
- 7 to 10+ years total engineering experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms
