Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Senior Manufacturing Engineer position at Vantedge Medical in San Jose, CA. The Sr. ME will lead technical teams, drive process improvements, and guide cross-functional collaboration for manufacturability and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, with demonstrated expertise in metals fabrication processes
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management preferred
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proven experienced in GD&T interpretation and application
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in medical device manufacturing or other highly regulated industry preferred
