Business Development Representative - UK

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in direct sales, with at least 1 year as a BDR or similar outbound sales role
• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota or targeted activity goals
• Prior experience informally or formally mentoring peers or leading team initiatives
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting tools
• Ability to travel 2-3 times per quarter for a period of 2-3 days for trade shows and company events
