Job Description
Vast.ai is a leading AI computing platform seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design and scale their core systems powering their global GPU marketplace. The role involves building and integrating infrastructure components like GPUs, billing, and scheduling to ensure efficient and secure operation. The team seeks engineers with a passion for advancing the state of the art and a blend of architecture, coding, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Build and integrate GPU provider onboarding and API systems.
- Optimize pricing and marketplace logic for efficiency.
- Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams.
- Improve backend systems that power the compute marketplace.
- Design scalable infrastructure for workload scheduling and resource management.
- Benchmark, profile, and harden systems for performance and reliability.
- Experience with distributed systems or compute orchestration frameworks.
