Job Description
We are seeking a Director, Human Resources to provide strategic and operational leadership for the HR team, developing and executing HR strategies, policies, and programs to enhance organizational performance and align with O'Reilly Auto Parts' culture and long-term objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in the retail industry
- Strong expertise across core HR disciplines
- Fluency in both English and French
- Experience in labor relations
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational change
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and in HRIS
- Travel required
