Systems Support Specialist

As a Systems Support Specialist at Vast-Auto Distribution, you will provide external customer support for software, work with the IT team on various projects, and ensure high levels of service to external customers.

Requirements

• DCS in computer science
• Experience or knowledge of supported software (e.g. Point of sale, inventory control, order management, purchasing) is an asset
• English language proficiency
• Strong functional analysis and data interpretation skills
• Rigorous, well-organized, resourceful and self-taught
• Great adaptability
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingsness to learn new computer languages and tools
