Job Description
Vast is looking for an Internal Audit Manager to lead and execute the company's internal audit plan, focusing on SOX compliance, risk management, and internal controls over financial reporting. The role will partner with business leaders to evaluate and improve governance, risk management, and control processes.
Requirements
- Lead risk assessments to develop the annual internal audit plan
- Execute risk-based audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas
- Identify control gaps and provide actionable recommendations
- Monitor and report on emerging risks
- Manage walk throughs, control testing, and documentation
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure efficient reliance
- Track and remediate control deficiencies
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)
