Talent Acquisition Director

VaynerMedia is a global integrated creative and media agency looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to lead and scale the talent acquisition function across APAC & EMEA. The role requires a strategic leader who can manage complex regional talent strategies, design and implement a talent acquisition strategy, and build and mentor a high-performing talent team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role
• Prior work experience leading Talent Acquisition within an advertising agency, in-house creative organization, or within the start-up industry
• Adept and comfortable working through frequent change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information
