Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will oversee the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent to meet evolving business needs. You are expected to drive excellence through process enhancements and provide strategic guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- A degree in any discipline with 8–12 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
- Extensive hands-on experience with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-driven sourcing tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and other specialized databases.
- Deep knowledge of Singapore’s talent market and a proven track record of successful proactive sourcing for both high-volume and specialized senior roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and handle complex stakeholder relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities without compromising on the quality of hire or candidate experience.
