We are seeking a Manager, Student Talent Attraction and Development to spearhead initiatives that attract and develop undergraduate talent at Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Education, Event Management)
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience managing initiatives such as leadership programs, scholarships or symposiums
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail abilities, ensuring high-quality execution of initiatives
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in cross-functional teams
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision
- A passion for education, student talent attraction and development, and fostering growth opportunities
