Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Student Engagement & Communications

The NTU Student Affairs Office (SAO) is seeking an Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager to lead the Marketing & Communications and Overseas Community Engagement portfolios. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Marketing, Communications, or Youth Development.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Marketing, Communications, or Youth Development
• Prior experience in supervising staff or leading projects
• Working knowledge of digital content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management
• Experience in planning overseas trips, volunteer management, or conducting risk assessments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with people at different levels of the organisation
• Prepared to travel internationally for project supervision (estimated frequency of 2 – 3 times a year) when necessary
