Client Service Representative

We are seeking a Client Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for animals.

• At least one year of proven past experience helping customers
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Compassion for pets and people
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
