Job Description
To be the first point of contact for both customer and factory on commercial-related issues and drive the commercial team to answer to quote requests and resolve Purchase Order (PO) related issues.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering/Business or other relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role in account management in the manufacturing industry.
- 8D problem-solving technique
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions
- Good communication skills
