Quality Excellence Engineer

Lead and implement new initiatives in continuous improvement program, foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, and champion a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience of working in Quality Management in the manufacturing environment
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in leading and managing improvement projects
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and RBA VAP audit is an added advantage
