Job Description
This HRIS Analyst Sr. VP will serve as a strategic customer liaison for the HR Division, providing business analysis, research, requirements development, and process engineering to improve human capital management. The role involves administering and supporting HR systems, conducting project management, and supporting workforce planning. The analyst will contribute to various projects, research, data analysis, and report generation to support VDOT initiatives.
Requirements
- Ability to work with large data sets and integrate them across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of statistical methods, project management, and business process evaluation.
