Job Description
We are looking for a Fibre Splicer to join our team in Bradford, UK. As a Fibre Splicer, you will be responsible for splicing fibre optic cables, testing and troubleshooting networks, and installing and maintaining cables and equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fibre Splicer
- Strong knowledge of fibre optic technology and network construction
- Skilled in using fibre testing tools (OTDR, fusion splicers, power meters)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and network diagrams
- Problem-solving mindset and resilience under pressure
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Full UK driving license
- Certifications (e.g., NRSWA, BT Openreach accreditation,Sa001,Sa002 etc)
