Job Description
We are seeking a Director, IT - Data & AI to lead the development and modernization of our data platforms, analytics ecosystem, AI capabilities, and database environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and leadership experience in delivering enterprise data, analytics, and platform modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated leadership delivering enterprise data, analytics, and platform modernization initiatives
- Hands-on experience architecting and operating hybrid data platforms and databases
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft data/analytics stack
- Proven ability to build and govern ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and semantic layers
- Experience implementing practical AI/ML and/or GenAI solutions
- Experience establishing and operating governance processes
- Strong partnering skills with cross-functional stakeholders and Cyber Security
- Proficiency leading delivery using Agile practices
