Vector Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and strategic FP&A Analyst to play a key role in the financial management and strategic decision-making processes within the Company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, corporate finance, or comparable roles.
- Advanced in Excel; proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of Adaptive Planning (required), including OfficeConnect administration, troubleshooting, and custom reporting.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com structure, navigation, and data reporting.
- Prior experience with NetSuite preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Exceptional project management with attention to detail and ability to manage workload in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience in a PE-sponsored or SaaS organization preferred.
