Manager, Manufacturing Operations (2nd Shift)

The Manager, Manufacturing Operations ensures a safe, high-quality continuous improvement culture in a growing Semiconductor capital equipment environment. The successful candidate will be capable of managing multiple complex priorities simultaneously with a “hands-on” style.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business with 10+ years of relevant production experience
• 5+ years prior experience supervising/managing required
• ERP experience required
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production workflows, and lean manufacturing principles
• Excellent leadership and team‐building skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees
• Strong organizational and project‐management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple demands
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross‐functional teams and presenting operational updates to leadership
