Requirements

• First experience in a technical support role level 1 and/or in customer relations
• Good knowledge of the e-commerce and/or marketplaces universe
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent relational skills with both internal and external clients and good transversality
• Able to identify and analyze technical problems, guided towards results, and in a continuous improvement process
• Good capacity to train others on computer tools using an adapted language for each interlocutor
• Good mastery of English is required for this position. Spanish proficiency is a plus
