Senior Data Scientist

As a data scientist at Veepee, you will join our Data Science Team to build, deploy and maintain state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms. Your main mission will be to improve our price recommendation algorithm and contribute to other core topics such as demand forecasting, product recommendation, genAI pipelines, and image recognition.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in data science (after end of study)
• Education: top engineering school in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a relevant technical field
• Strong statistical, analytical and deep learning skills
• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL
• Experience with DBT is a plus
• Experience with feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment and serving
• Comfortable working with large-scale datasets
• Proficiency with Git
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Airflow, MLFlow
• Experience with demand forecasting or pricing is a plus
• Strong team player, willing to share knowledge and help others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Self-starter, autonomous, collaborative
