Director, Transportation

Director, Transportation role at Veho seeking a strategic, analytical, and operationally rigorous leader to lead transportation strategy and execution. The role requires deep expertise in third-party carrier ecosystems, strong financial and commercial acumen, and ability to translate data into executive-level decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, or 3PL leadership
• Demonstrated experience managing third-party carrier ecosystems (asset-based and brokered)
• Proven success negotiating complex commercial agreements and competitive rate structures
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar transportation spend
• Hands-on experience with TMS platforms and logistics analytics tools
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hours of Service standards, and compliance frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field (Master’s a plus)
