Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with drivers, clients, and internal teams
- High attention to detail with experience in auditing shipment or transportation rate data
- Comfortable using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and communication tools such as Slack or Zendesk.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
- A customer-first mindset with urgency in meeting client needs
- Data analysis skills to identify performance trends
- Familiarity with shipment tagging, automated disruption flagging, or carrier audit workflows
