Job Description
Join our young company and help revolutionize the bicycle market in a sustainable way. As Head of Engineering, you'll lead the development and growth of our company, setting the technical direction and scaling strategies for further growth. You'll be responsible for leading and growing the engineering team, driving the product roadmap, and translating it into a scalable and cost-efficient architecture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in modern technology with 3+ years in management of distributed engineering teams ideally in a high-growth company
- Proficiency in GO on the backend, JS/Next.js on the frontend, and proficiency in GCP
- Experience with eCommerce, marketplaces, or B2C Platform products
- Strong leadership expertise with the ability to attract, motivate, and hire a top-level product team
- Excellent communication skills in English
