Job Description
Vellum Health is seeking Independent Infusion Nurses to deliver therapy across a designated corridor in East-Central Texas. This mobile role offers autonomy, flexibility, and a focus on patient-centered care, with independent work and support. Nurses operate independently, with mileage reimbursement and full clinical escalation support.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of IV infusion or specialty infusion experience
- Confidence working independently in the field
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license + reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable using mobile devices for charting and navigation
