Project Manager

Velociti Solutions provides innovative digital transformation solutions and specialist consultancy in operational efficiency, safety and customer service excellence. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various software development and implementation projects.

Requirements

• Meet with internal stakeholders and clients to identify project requirements and delivery timelines.
• Manage a resource pool of developers, designers and testers to ensure software deliverables are met.
• Have experience working in waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Develop detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members and project teams and the ability to revise them based on changing needs and requirements.
• Identify and assign project resources based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members.
• Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery.
• Produce and submit project status reports to clients, management and other stakeholders.
• Work effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation.
• Develop excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder relationships in a challenging environment.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt plans and priorities.
