Job Description
Velocity Maintenance Services is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on forklifts and other material handling equipment at customer sites within the general area.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in forklift repair, heavy equipment maintenance, or a related field.
- High School or GED Diploma required; technical certifications in mechanics or hydraulics preferred
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various environments.
- Willingness to travel regionally (home every night).
