Director of Marketing- Irving, TX

Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance, LLC is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing function and drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.

Requirements

• 7+ years marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of SBA lending, equipment financing, or commercial finance (preferred)
• Experience managing marketing budgets of $500K+
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
