Job Description
Velox Valuations is hiring experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join their team. Staff Appraisers will provide top-notch appraisal services using advanced technology and techniques while enjoying flexibility and freedoms. They will set their own schedules, choose assignments, and set production goals with one-on-one support and best practice knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Active Certified Residential Appraiser
- Motivated Self-starter with high energy
- Efficient time management & results driven
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Geographic competency in real estate trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to complete physical property inspections
- No current or pending state disciplinary actions
- Successfully meet/exceed monthly minimum production
