Job Description
Design, develop and maintain Bioinformatics solutions, collaborate with Product Management and Software Engineers, and provide consultation and technical solutions to cross-functional bioinformatics projects.
Requirements
- Excellent programming skills in Python.
- Experience with Relational database such as PostgreSQL, mySQL or Oracle and NoSQL database such as MongoDB.
- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub / Bitbucket.
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS is preferred).
- Personal initiative and ability to work effectively within a cross functional team.
