Support Engineer

Vendavo is seeking a Support Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and support products, bridging technical support, business understanding, and customer service. The role is part of Vendavo's Global Support organization, providing L2/L3 technical support to enterprise customers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• End-to-end ownership of customer cases
• Ability to replicate reported issues and document bugs or enhancement requests accurately
