Vendelux is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to own and scale marketing-led pipeline strategy and execution. The role involves evolving a high-performing acquisition engine that drives predictable, high-quality pipeline across digital, ABM, and field amplification channels.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation with a demonstrated track record of building scalable programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
- Experience scaling Series B/C companies
- Expert use of: HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads
- Proficient in using AI tools to automate and build content, and an interest in using AI to constantly improve outcomes
- Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, campaign analytics, and performance optimization
- Ability to design segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks at scale
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards
