Vendelux is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help customers maximize the impact of events using AI-powered platform. The role involves fine-tuning AI agents, building data ingestion pipelines, and providing documentation and training to customer teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in customer success, sales outreach or technical implementation roles
- Demonstrated experience with B2B email marketing platforms and sales outreach workflows
- Background in sales outreach, B2B, lead nurturing, prospect engagement and 1:1 email copywriting is preferred
- Proven ability using data to analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing customer data
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams
- High-ownership mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Excited to experiment with AI tools and influence product development
