Job Description
We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering to partner with our founders and product leadership to build our engineering organization. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires deep technical fluency and experience in building and scaling engineering organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of improving engineering delivery predictability and quality, and be comfortable with ambiguity and competing priorities.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience building or improving an engineering organization
- Deep technical fluency with modern web architectures
