CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT LEADER

We are seeking a motivated self-starter to lead our Continuous Improvement initiatives and assist with an internal Safety Program. This role will focus on developing and implementing LEAN principals in our manufacturing environment, teaching LEAN methods to associates, and coaching them toward implementation.

Requirements

• Lean Manufacturing techniques experience
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or above
• Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and quality standards
• Proven leadership experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong data analysis and performance measurement capability
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of creativity, initiative, and independent judgment
