Job Description
Venesco is seeking Certified Medical Assistants to support military members and their families at A.T. Augusta Military Medical Center in Fort Belvoir, VA. This is a full-time position offering a comprehensive benefits package, focusing on employee connection and work-life balance. The role involves providing lab results, patient education, patient referrals, scheduling, and documentation.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Medical Assistant program or Nurse Assistant program.
- At least 1 year of experience in a long term acute/skilled care facility, primary care clinic, inpatient medical/surgical unit, or military experience.
- Certified by AAMA, AMT, ARMA, or NHA.
- Assist RN in determining & addressing patient needs.
