Job Description
Ventana is seeking a Senior Microarchitect/Logic Designer to help define and deliver the heart of its next-generation RISC-V cores. The role involves defining microarchitecture, writing RTL, collaborating with engineering teams, and supporting the full development lifecycle. The company builds high-performance CPUs for data center, AI, and edge workloads.
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience in CPU or GPU RTL design, microarchitecture, or closely related system-level work
- Proven ownership of significant features in a high-performance processor
- Strong understanding of modern CPU architecture (e.g., out-of-order execution, speculative pipelines, caching, coherence)
- Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
