Venterra Realty is a growing developer, owner, and operator of multifamily apartments with approximately 90 mixed-use and multifamily communities across 21 major US cities. We're hiring a Porter to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our community, ensuring common areas, amenities, and exterior spaces meet high standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to maintaining company standards
