Job Description
Venteur is rebuilding health insurance from the ground up, making it more affordable, portable, and human-centered. As a Series A startup with $30M in funding, they are rapidly growing and seeking a Principal/Lead Fintech Engineer to drive product delivery and improve scalability, robustness, and transparency of their financial systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building impactful products at scale
- Both front-end and back-end experience
- Commitment to high-quality code
- Strong computer science fundamentals
- Familiarity with accounting principles
- Experience navigating financial regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
