Job Description
The Senior Business Systems Analyst (Sr BSA) will lead efforts to bridge business needs with technological solutions, providing advanced support and guidance to business partners and development teams. This senior-level position involves technology discovery, process analysis, leading business requirements definition, and functional oversight of complex projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- 5-10 years of progressively increasing responsibility as a BSA
- Equivalent business experience
- Experience supporting end-to-end Idea to Market or Innovation-to-Launch processes
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion
- Knowledge in multiple functional areas or be an expert in at least one of the following: Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management, and corporate systems
