Production Team Leader - Nights

Support for Department Supervisor, Department Superintendent and Department Manager. Coordinate activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives. Provide direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.

Requirements

• Work and communicate with the Processing Supervisor
• Give direction to and help manage and monitor the training of all team members
• Prepare all necessary documents and reports
• Monitor B&L, oils, ILS and spice room areas for SOP and GMP compliance
• Maintain sanitary conditions in the facility
• Responsible for following all food safety policies, procedures and regulatory criteria
