Job Description
The Senior Applications Analyst – Oracle HCM will lead the end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of Ventura Foods’ Oracle Fusion Hire to Retire (HCM) initiatives. The role will be responsible for the entire delivery of systems solutions, including Requirements, Fit-Gap assessment, Solution Designs, Configurations, Business process flow setups, Implementation, Cutover, Validation, and Operational maintenance of HCM track modules and custom extensions.
