Join us at Ventura TRAVEL as a Tour Guide for Japaventura, leading small groups of travelers through Japan for 2-3 weeks and sharing your passion for the country's culture and people. Must have advanced knowledge of German language and very good knowledge of Japanese language. Preferably have experience and good English language communication skills.

Requirements

• Be the leader of the trip and stay with the group as a host
• Provide clear information about the places visited and convey enthusiasm for the country
• Be the first personal contact for customers in case of any problem during the trip
• Ensure the safety of travelers and operate a smooth tour
• Monitor that services delivered by partners meet quality, safety, and sustainable standards
