Job Description
Ventura TRAVEL is seeking a Tour Leader in Sri Lanka for the Karmaventura (German speaking) brand. This role involves leading small groups (2-12 travelers) on 2-3 week tours, focusing on cultural immersion, local artistry, and providing unforgettable experiences. The position requires leadership, planning, and prioritizing safety, alongside providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Passion for Sri Lanka’s culture, people, and history
- Advanced German (C1) fluency
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organized and reliable with a positive attitude
- Experience in tourism or guiding
- First Aid Certification and CPR
- Teamwork skills and professional demeanor
