Munitions Production Oversight-Senor Engineer

Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Senior level Engineer to provide munitions production oversight support to a U.S. Navy weapon program office. The role involves advising the Program Manager on complex munitions manufacturing operations and conducting independent assessments of prime contractor's manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 12 years of experience supporting large-scale industrial manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated experience in industrial production or complex manufacturing environments
• Expertise in production capability optimization, capacity analysis, and manufacturing process assessment
• Strong background in supply chain management and industrial production operations
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior government leadership and external organizations
• Experience interfacing with and overseeing prime contractors
• High proficiency with MS Office products, including MS Project
