We are looking for a mature, sharp and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer directly in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Requirements

• Advanced French and English — written and spoken, no compromise
• 2–4 years of experience in executive support, office management or a similar high-responsibility role
• Good command of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and AI tools
