Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HR Business Partner to support our commercial perimeter (acquisitions) by managing the full employee life cycle and partnering closely with operational and commercial stakeholders.
Requirements
- University degree
- 3β5 years of relevant HRBP experience
- Previous exposure to commercial, sales, procurement, or BPO environments
- Experience managing the employee life cycle (recruitment β onboarding β development)
- Comfortable in both structured corporate and field environments
- English β B2 (oral & written) β mandatory
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong business acumen and ability to challenge constructively
- Analytical thinker with structured decision-making approach
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-driven, proactive, and accountable
- Team player with strong stakeholder management skills
- Hardworking and resilient
- Desire for long-term stability and growth
