We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Veolia Shrewsbury PRF. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, completing planned preventative maintenance, and managing maintenance work orders. You'll also be required to liaise with internal and external customers, facility managers, and contractors to deliver maintenance operations and ensure value for money.
Requirements
- C&G Level 3 qualification as a Time-Served Engineer
- Previous experience in a similar industry or role
- Technical proficiency including knowledge of inverters, PLC literacy, and PC literacy
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-project environment
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and processes
- Experience using CAD software to plan, manage, and execute maintenance tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) for facility operations and control
- Specialised safety training including Confined Space, Excavation, and Asbestos awareness certifications
